Return & Refund Policy
At Hikari Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The product does not match the description
All returns must be approved before shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Requests made after 7 days
- Minor color/design variations due to screen differences
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request Return

- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if applicable)

Step 2: Approval
Request reviewed within 2–3 business days. Return approval and instructions will be shared.
Step 3: Ship Product
Pack the item securely and ship via a reliable courier. Share tracking details.
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer (except in case of our error).
Step 4: Inspection
Product is inspected within 3–5 business days after delivery.
Step 5: Refund
Refund processed after approval and credited to the original payment method.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund includes product price only
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Timeline:
- UPI/Bank: 5–7 business days
- Cards/Wallets: 7–10 business days
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by Hikari Living.
6. Exchanges
You can request an exchange by returning the original product and paying the price difference (if applicable).
New item will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.
7. Product Notes
Slight color or finish variations may occur. Handmade or artistic items may have minor imperfections. These are not considered defects.
8. Sale & Clearance Items
No return or refund. Only replacement in case of defect.
9. Undelivered Orders
If delivery fails, re-delivery charges may apply or refund will be processed after the product is returned to us.
10. International Orders
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Customs duties are non-refundable. Processing times may be longer.
11. Store Credit Option
You may choose store credit instead of a refund. Valid for 6 months.

13. Dispute Resolution
