1. Before Dispatch

2. After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Cancellations are not accepted for custom or personalized orders

  • Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled

4. Cancellation by Hikari Living

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider
